The aristocrats of garden plants, that like sunshine. Cover bud with 3 cm (1") of soil and the spider-like roots 5-7 cm (2-3") deep. Plant in groups of 3 or more for best effect. They sometimes need one or two seasons to settle down before flowering. Likes light soil. Feed well.
