A sport of Princess Irene, tulip ‘Orange Princess’ boasts huge, bowl-shaped double blooms in rich nasturtium-orange.  Petals are marked with garnet-red flames, a green stripe, and an ochre-yellow base.

The ruffled paeony-like flowers are lightly fragrant in the warmth of spring sunshine and are perfect for containers thanks to their compact, sturdy stems.

These outstanding tulips have been granted the esteemed Award of Garden Merit from the RHS and are an arresting sight in the late spring garden.

Plant next to the taller lily-flowering tulip ‘Ballerina’ and plum-coloured ‘Black Hero’ for a spectacular show.
