Description
With brilliant, yellow petals edged by a paler lemon,Darwin Tulip ‘Jaap Grout’ radiates a warm glow to illuminate your spring display. The enormous, long-lasting, egg-shaped blooms are carried on impressively long stems, making them a fantastic cut flower for bouquets and floral arrangements.

Care Guide
November is the optimum month for planting Tulip bulbs. The cooler late-autumn temperatures help to keep disease at bay, whilst still allowing time for your bulbs to put roots down before spring. Any well-drained, fertile soil is perfect for Tulips, ideally in full sun or part shade. Plant the bulbs 10-20cm deep, spaced 10-20cm apart. A piece of chicken wire or mesh can be placed on top of the soil or pots after planting if squirrels or rodents are a problem in your area. After flowering in March to May, remove withered stems, foliage and any fallen petals to promote good plant health and apply a top dressing of high-potash fertiliser in late winter.

To name this Anemone Flowering Dahlia ‘Totally Tangerine’ is something of a misnomer: tangerine is but one of the shades in this mesmerising bloom. On closer inspection, each flower is a hypnotising kaleidoscope of colour fusion.
The petals display a medley of rusty terracotta and peachy coral pink, suffused with a golden yellow glow. Captivating not only in colour, but also in form, this anemone flowering dahlia 'Totally Tangerine' unfurls to reveal a collar of flat petals topped by a densely clustered pincushion centre.
A particularly prolific bloomer, and neat and compact in habit, this powder puff dahlia ‘Totally Tangerine’ will soon become a favourite of your late summer borders. Perfect for attracting pollinators to your border or containers.
They thrive in rich soil, and an application of well rotted manure is most beneficial for these powder puff dahlias.
