Native to Ecuador, this tender perennial will be a mesmerising addition to your greenhouse or indoor plant collection. Each strong stem is surrounded by an abundance of glossy, dark green foliage to emphasise the glinting blooms. Flowering on and off throughout the summer months, Eucharis ‘Amazonica’ is highly scented, filling the room with sweet, fruity fragrance. The RHS has bestowed an Award of Garden Merit upon this variety, in recognition of its first-rate performance and reliability.
Related to the Amaryllis, Eucharis amazonica are suitable as house, conservatory or greenhouse plants, bearing highly scented white flowers throughout the summer months.
