Eremurus
Eremurus are the aristocrats of garden plants, producing spectacular towering flower spikes that bring height and drama to summer borders. They sometimes require one or two seasons to settle before flowering, but reward patience with magnificent displays. Best grown in light well-drained soil with plenty of sunshine and regular feeding.

Cleopatra

Known as the Fox Tail Lily or Desert Candle, these regal eremurus Cleopatra stems make a bold statement in the garden - best placed at the back or centre of a large border where the handsome, glowing spikes add architecture, shape and colour.
Hundreds of tiny, star-shaped flowers open from the base of stems upwards, adored by bees and summer pollinators and lasting for many weeks. Eremurus make fabulous cut flowers, excellent for dramatic, large-scale floral displays.

Exquisite, snowy spires rising up to 1.5m tall, bloom during June and July on stately Eremurus ‘Himalaicus’. Pretty, star-shaped, white florets with golden anthers open from the base of the flowering spike upwards. The stems are excellent for cutting, adding an elegant, sweeping flourish to large-scale arrangements.
These showy plants, known as Fox Tail Lilies, are a fantastic investment for the garden. Not only are the flowers long-lasting when they bloom, the bulbs will multiply once settled, flowering for years to come in full sun and well-drained, light soil.
