Dwarf Cyclamineus Carice
N0422
Description
Dwarf Cyclamineus Daffodil ‘Carice’ produces elegant creamy-white petals swept back around a vivid salmon-pink trumpet, creating a beautifully delicate yet eye-catching spring display. The graceful blooms of dwarf cyclamineus Daffodil ‘Carice’ bring softness, movement, and unusual colour contrast to borders, patio pots, and smaller garden spaces, where their refined shape adds a touch of charm and individuality.
Perfect for well-drained soil in a sunny or lightly shaded position, this compact variety flowers reliably in early spring.
Care Guide
Plant Daffodil and Narcissi bulbs in autumn, ideally in mid September to early October to enable roots to establish before a period of cold in winter.
A position in full sun or light shade is best and good drainage is essential. Daffodils and Narcissi are long lasting and naturalise well, providing a welcoming display every spring.
Ideal for borders, containers, rock gardens and open grass.
Plant the bulbs 10-20 cm deep and apart, depending on variety. A good rule of thumb is to plant bulbs 2-3 times their depth.
Flowers appear in March and April and should be deadheaded once faded. The foliage should be left to turn yellow and fade naturally on the plant as this helps to feed the bulbs for next year’s blooms.
