Dwarf Cyclamineus Iwona
N0423
Description
Cyclamineus Daffodil ‘Iwona’ produces elegant creamy-white flowers centred with a vibrant orange-pink trumpet, creating a cheerful and eye-catching spring display. The striking contrast within each bloom gives dwarf cyclamineus narcissi ‘Iwona’ a fresh and lively character, perfect for adding warmth and colour to borders, containers, and smaller garden spaces.
Compact and graceful in habit, this charming variety thrives in a sunny, well-drained position where it flowers reliably year after year. Ideal for pots, pathways, and early spring planting schemes, it brings brightness and energy to the garden at the start of the season.
Care Guide
Plant Daffodil and Narcissi bulbs in autumn, ideally in mid September to early October to enable roots to establish before a period of cold in winter.
A position in full sun or light shade is best and good drainage is essential. Daffodils and Narcissi are long lasting and naturalise well, providing a welcoming display every spring.
Ideal for borders, containers, rock gardens and open grass.
Plant the bulbs 10-20 cm deep and apart, depending on variety. A good rule of thumb is to plant bulbs 2-3 times their depth.
Flowers appear in March and April and should be deadheaded once faded. The foliage should be left to turn yellow and fade naturally on the plant as this helps to feed the bulbs for next year’s blooms.
