Description

Large Cupped Narcissus ‘Estremadura’ produces vibrant bright yellow flowers centred with a bold deep orange cup, creating a striking and cheerful spring display. The richly coloured blooms of large cupped Narcissus ‘Estremadura’ are carried on strong upright stems, making this reliable variety ideal for borders, containers, and naturalised planting schemes.

Flowering through spring with excellent garden presence, it brings long-lasting colour and classic seasonal character to beds, lawns, and mixed bulb displays.

Care Guide

Plant Daffodil and Narcissi bulbs in autumn, ideally in mid September to early October to enable roots to establish before a period of cold in winter.

A position in full sun or light shade is best and good drainage is essential. Daffodils and Narcissi are long lasting and naturalise well, providing a welcoming display every spring.

Ideal for borders, containers, rock gardens and open grass.

Plant the bulbs 10-20 cm deep and apart, depending on variety. A good rule of thumb is to plant bulbs 2-3 times their depth.

Flowers appear in March and April and should be deadheaded once faded. The foliage should be left to turn yellow and fade naturally on the plant as this helps to feed the bulbs for next year’s blooms.
