Ten Large Hyacinth Bulbs 40 Percent Off

Description
Sometimes more is more. Especially with Hyacinths
There is a strong case for you not being sensible with hyacinths. Spread ten bulbs around the garden and you get ten hyacinths. Plant all ten together and you get something else entirely. A great concentration of thick flower spikes. A cloud of scent. Two colours jostling for attention; the warm apricot-pink tones of Hyacinth Apricot Passion against the deep wine-purple of Hyacinth Woodstock. Ten bulbs behaving like fifty…which is much more fun.
We at de Jager have paired five Hyacinth Apricot Passion with five Hyacinth Woodstock, all large 16/17cm bulbs, to give you the most rewarding display. More colour. More perfume. More impact. More reason to stop for a moment when you walk past.
Apricot Passion
Soft apricot-pink flower spikes rise on sturdy green stems, bringing rich fragrance and delicate spring colour to the garden. Hyacinth ‘Apricot Passion’ is loved for its elegant pastel tones and beautifully uniform blooms, making it ideal for formal beds, borders, and patio containers.
Woodstock
Produces deep purple flower spikes with rich fragrance and dramatic spring colour. The bold tones of Hyacinth ‘Woodstock’ create striking contrast when paired with Apricot Passion, making it an excellent choice for vibrant mixed displays
Apricot Passion and Woodstock
Growing together, the effect is captivating. The soft apricot-pink hyacinth glows beside the deep wine-purple. Each colour makes the other look richer: the pale blooms become softer and warmer, while the purple suddenly looks darker and more sumptuous. From a distance, the contrast catches your eye. Up close, the perfume takes over.
And size matters here. A hyacinth bulb arrives with next spring packed inside. Bigger bulbs carry the reserves needed for the substantial, densely packed flower spikes gardeners, like you, buy hyacinths for in the first place.
You receive:

Delivery is early October. Each variety is individually bagged and labelled.
Plant all ten together. Close enough for the apricot-pink to shine against the deep purple. Close enough for the perfume to become impossible to ignore. Close enough for ten bulbs to look gloriously excessive.
You could spread these bulbs sensibly around the garden…but nobody has ever opened the door on a spring morning and thought: “I wish I’d planted fewer hyacinths.”
For £14.90 delivered, is there any need to ration your pleasure?
