Description

Dwarf Cyclamineus Daffodil ‘Peeping Jenny’ is a charming and distinctive variety with petals that open soft primrose-yellow before gradually fading to elegant ivory white. At the centre, a long bright yellow trumpet adds vivid contrast, giving narcissus ‘Peeping Jenny’ a fresh and uplifting spring appearance.

Compact and beautifully formed, this eye-catching daffodil is ideal for pots, rockeries, borders, and naturalised planting schemes where its changing tones and graceful shape can be fully appreciated.

Care Guide

Plant Daffodil and Narcissi bulbs in autumn, ideally in mid September to early October to enable roots to establish before a period of cold in winter.

A position in full sun or light shade is best and good drainage is essential. Daffodils and Narcissi are long lasting and naturalise well, providing a welcoming display every spring.

Ideal for borders, containers, rock gardens and open grass.

Plant the bulbs 10-20 cm deep and apart, depending on variety. A good rule of thumb is to plant bulbs 2-3 times their depth.

Flowers appear in March and April and should be deadheaded once faded. The foliage should be left to turn yellow and fade naturally on the plant as this helps to feed the bulbs for next year’s blooms.
