Muscari Peppermint
M5740
Description
Muscari ‘Peppermint’ produces compact spikes of soft blue flowers that gently fade to frosty white at the tips, creating a fresh and delicate spring display. The sweetly scented blooms of Muscari ‘Peppermint’ are perfect for edging paths, filling patio pots, or weaving beneath shrubs and taller spring bulbs for layered seasonal colour.
Flowering through April, this low-growing yet highly effective variety performs best when planted in generous groups, where its cool tones and tidy habit can be fully appreciated. Sun-loving and dependable, Muscari ‘Peppermint’ returns year after year with reliable charm and soft spring fragrance.
Care Guide
Very easy to grow, this is a useful and popular clump-forming plant, producing splashes of colour in the rockery or at the edges of beds and borders.
Usually blue (but not always), they are frequently planted between taller bulbs such as tulips and daffodils.
They can also be used for naturalising in woodland or planted in swathes. Plant 7cm deep, 10cm apart.
