Double Daffodil Replete

(inc. 20.0% VAT)

The blousy double blooms of Narcissus ‘Replete’ are a florist’s dream. Layered ivory petals and peachy-pink frilled segments swirl together to form a beautifully textured and coloured flowerhead. A statement Daffodil which carries a delightful scent and could not look more unlike its traditional, bright-yellow cousin.

Plant the bulbs of these bold Narcissi where they will dance in the border, in full view for their show to be enjoyed in March and April when they bloom.

Looks gorgeous growing through a pillowy bed of sky-blue Forget-me-nots.

Care Guide

Plant Daffodil and Narcissi bulbs in autumn, ideally in mid September to early October to enable roots to establish before a period of cold in winter. A position in full sun or light shade is best and good drainage is essential. Daffodils and Narcissi are long lasting and naturalise well, providing a welcoming display every spring. Ideal for borders, containers, rock gardens and open grass. Plant the bulbs 10-20cm deep and apart, depending on variety. A good rule of thumb is to plant bulbs 2-3 times their depth. Flowers appear in March and April and should be deadheaded once faded. The foliage should be left to turn yellow and fade naturally on the plant as this helps to feed the bulbs for next year’s blooms.
