Early Double Tulip Foxy Foxtrot
T1259
Description
Named after a popular 1970s Dutch song about a beguiling dancer, you will be captivated by the mesmerising blooms of Early Double ‘Foxy Foxtrot’ as they waltz their way through spring. Featuring all the charm of its sister variety tulip ‘Foxtrot’, this sport brings a little more pizazz as its takes to the dancefloor of your garden.
Countless layers of petals reveal a breath-taking combination of colours, from pale lemon and honey-gold to apricot and tangerine. The sturdy, weatherproof stems hold up well in exposed positions, and the neat, compact habit is especially favourable for window boxes and container displays.
Care Guide
October to November are the optimum months for planting Tulip bulbs. The cooler late-autumn temperatures help to keep disease at bay, whilst still allowing time for your bulbs to put roots down before spring.
Any well-drained, fertile soil is perfect for Tulips, ideally in full sun or part shade. Plant the bulbs 10-20 cm deep, spaced 10-20 cm apart. A piece of chicken wire or mesh can be placed on top of the soil or pots after planting if squirrels or rodents are a problem in your area.
After flowering in March to May, remove withered stems, foliage and any fallen petals to promote good plant health and apply a top dressing of high-potash fertiliser in late winter.

Mount Tacoma
T1819
Tulip ‘Mount Tacoma’ is full of beauty and grace, yet is surprisingly tough and sturdy, unbothered by late spring rain and winds.
Green and pink buds open fully in April and May to flaunt multiple layers of pure-white, ruffled petals. The large blooms are extremely long-lasting and make fabulous cut flowers, often mistaken for paeonies.
A classic favourite, paeony-flowering tulip ‘Mount Tacoma’ pairs well with the marshmallow-pink tones of ‘Angelique’ and lemony ‘Avant Garde’ for a fresh-looking display.

Dens Canis Lilac Wonder
M5341
Erythronium Dens Canis 'Lilac Wonder' is a charming spring bloom which bears dainty, lilac-rose flowers with striking, chocolate-brown basal spots. As the nodding blooms mature, their colourful petals fold back, exposing pollen-dusted anthers to bees and pollinators.
Attractive foliage is marbled green and purplish brown, appearing in clumps from which the delicate-looking, hardy blooms spring up during March and April. Perfect for naturalising in shaded areas, nestled beneath trees and shrubs. Erythronium are better known as Dog’s Tooth Violets, for their bulbs resemble canine teeth.
A recipient of the Award of Garden Merit from the RHS, Erythronium Dens Canis Lilac Wonder is known for its exquisite looks and excellent, perennial performance.
