Darwin Tulip Apricot Pride
T1572
Description
Darwin Tulip ‘Apricot Pride’ produces large creamy-peach blooms with soft warm tones that bring elegance and calm to spring gardens. The gently coloured flowers of tulip ‘Apricot Pride’ are carried on strong, weather-resistant stems, making this reliable variety ideal for borders, containers, and large seasonal displays.
Its inviting pastel shades blend beautifully with whites, soft pinks, and deeper apricot tones, creating a refined and harmonious planting scheme. Flowering through mid to late spring.
Care Guide
October to November are the optimum months for planting Tulip bulbs. The cooler late-autumn temperatures help to keep disease at bay, whilst still allowing time for your bulbs to put roots down before spring.
Any well-drained, fertile soil is perfect for Tulips, ideally in full sun or part shade. Plant the bulbs 10-20 cm deep, spaced 10-20 cm apart. A piece of chicken wire or mesh can be placed on top of the soil or pots after planting if squirrels or rodents are a problem in your area.
After flowering in March to May, remove withered stems, foliage and any fallen petals to promote good plant health and apply a top dressing of high-potash fertiliser in late winter.

Cusickii
M5201
Pretty, star-shaped blooms of wisteria-blue with pale, golden anthers adorn tall, elegant stems on Camassia ‘Cusickii’ during June, opening from the base of stems upwards. Rising up from a rosette of broad, glaucous foliage, the colourful spires of this heirloom camassia variety Cusickii add a dreamy feel to the early summer garden.
Excellent for meadow areas and wild, naturalistic planting schemes, the bee-friendly blooms also make wonderful cut flowers. Plant the bulbs in sun or part-shade, in well-drained, rich soil. Planting in groups or clusters is recommended for an impactful display.
