Description

Tazettas are highly desired Daffodils for their multi-headed stems and delicious perfume.  de Jager’s ‘Tazetta Multi-Flowering Super Mixture’ includes an appealing mix of these special Narcissi in a pretty paintbox of fresh spring yellows, creams and orange hues.

All the Narcissi in this collection are excellent for picking and adding a flurry of florets and sweet scent to seasonal arrangements.

Tazettas are renowned for a long bloom season, often adding colour to pots and borders for up to 3 months.

Care Guide

Plant Daffodil and Narcissi bulbs in autumn, ideally in mid September to early October to enable roots to establish before a period of cold in winter. A position in full sun or light shade is best and good drainage is essential. Daffodils and Narcissi are long lasting and naturalise well, providing a welcoming display every spring. Ideal for borders, containers, rock gardens and open grass. Plant the bulbs 10-20cm deep and apart, depending on variety. A good rule of thumb is to plant bulbs 2-3 times their depth. Flowers appear in March and April and should be deadheaded once faded. The foliage should be left to turn yellow and fade naturally on the plant as this helps to feed the bulbs for next year’s blooms.
