Triandrus Thalia & Sunlight Sensation Mixture
N0782
Description
Triandrus Narcissi are sometimes referred to as ‘Angel’s Tears’ and are a family of endearing and petite, demure Daffodils.
A truly complimentary pairing, our multi-headed ‘Triandrus Narcissi Thalia & Sunlight Sensation Mixture’, includes two RHS AGM-winning varieties in glistening-white and soft yellow to bring a pretty and delicate edge to spring pots and garden borders.
Blooming in April, these Triandrus Narcissi combine exceptionally well with fringed or double Tulips and Fritillaria Meleagris for a romantic and whimsical look.
Care Guide
Plant Daffodil and Narcissi bulbs in autumn, ideally in mid September to early October to enable roots to establish before a period of cold in winter. A position in full sun or light shade is best and good drainage is essential. Daffodils and Narcissi are long lasting and naturalise well, providing a welcoming display every spring. Ideal for borders, containers, rock gardens and open grass. Plant the bulbs 10-20cm deep and apart, depending on variety. A good rule of thumb is to plant bulbs 2-3 times their depth. Flowers appear in March and April and should be deadheaded once faded. The foliage should be left to turn yellow and fade naturally on the plant as this helps to feed the bulbs for next year’s blooms.
